- Hotel Arrangement: In Jammu, Srinagar, Pahalgam and Katra you will find a non-AC room with two beds with attached toilet in a beautiful and clean hotel with deluxe amenities. Rooms will be available in different deluxe houseboats in Srinagar according to the number of rooms available. Tourists who have booked 2 persons in 1 double bed room will have to face a shortage in which 3 persons will sleep on the double bed and extra mattress will be provided on the ground for the 4th person, but if they need another extra mattress, they will pay after paying in direct cash at the hotel and will get. So make the right decision to take another room. In every hotel Rooms are allocated by the management according to the list of vacancies they have, so do not make false insistence or pressure on all the members of the group to allocate rooms on one floor at a time. Even if you give more money in the summer peak season, you don't get extra room after going there, so think and take a room.
- Transportation: Tourists engaged in travel will have to travel according to the rotation system through TempoTraveller / Winger (NonA.C.) in Sharing. Tourists who have an independent vehicle will be picked up from Jammu Hotel, Srinagar, Gulmarg, Sonmarg, Pahelgam and after Patnitop finally visiting Vaishnodevi will be dropped off in a 2x2 bus from Katra to Jammu railway station. Tourist destinations will be taken only once, in case any place closes will not be taken again. At each location, security forces, local traffic police rules, pressure from taxi unions as well as political and natural conditions will be taken as far as the vehicle goes, then small vehicles and horses will have to go on their own; the price varies according to time, circumstance and season. Vehicle breakdown, puncture, AC breakdown, hotel lift or AC breakdown. In any technical problem like spoilage arises suddenly, requested to have some patience till repairing, and will not receive any refund. Srinagar airport pick-up will not be given in tour no. 2nd and 3rd.
- Meals: After reaching Jammu / Srinagar, you will get clean, vegetarian as well as hot, fresh and varied tea-breakfast, lunch and dinner made by our Gujarati Maharaj every day. You will find delicious and varied Gujarati, Punjabi, South Indian, Chinese, Kathiawadi as well as Continental meals according to time and circumstance. But mineral water will be available on its own and Jain tourists will also get Jain food. Since we have our own fixed kitchens in every place in Jammu Karmir, our main hotel meals for hot tea-breakfast from 7-00 to 8-30 in the morning, for lunch from 11-30 to 2-00 in the afternoon and for dinner from 7-00 to 9-00. You have to come to the food department on time, after that the kitchen will be closed so if you are late you will not get food. Meals from Jammu to Srinagar and from Pahelgam to Katra / Jammu are not included in the travel price, so the traveller will have to arrange the meals on his own at his own expense. If the number of passengers is less than 28 persons, only breakfast and dinner will be provided from the hotel restaurant, which will not be refunded in any way.

- Any expenses of personal nature like tips, phone calls, fax, internet, games, sauna, and steam, Jacuzzi, laundry, extra vehicle hire, bar,room heaters, discotheque or any other.
- Pony/horse rides, boat rides, safaris, rafting charges, skiing/skating, and cable car/ropeway rides etc.,
- Extra food or beverages ordered or taken in hotel restaurant or room except buffet meal plan.
- Additional sightseeing tours and excursions. All major sightseeing will be cover once during sightseeing.
- Vehicle will be allowed up to parking points & last possible points. (Subject to road & gov. conditions).
- Any service not specifically mentioned in the "Package Cost Includes” column.

Return from Srinagar to Gulmarg and from there on your own to enjoy Gondola Ride (Ropeway) and Khilanmarg. On the day of Gulmarg, it usually takes more time to stand in line in the gondola (rope-way) tourists are not able to reach their destination on time after the ropeway, So lunch will not be given on the day of Gulmarg.
